*For household customers we send about 1-2 people to each residential house. For commercial building the amount of people may vary.
How will I know you arrived at our House or Business?
*Prior to our arrival, a professional staff member will call you to let you know we are on our way and will be there very soon!
[Q] How will you get into my home?
[A] Most of our clients are not home while we clean, they choose to either leave a key in a place discussed prior to arrival, provide a garage code discussed prior to arrival or you may simply stay at home while we clean! It’s up to you. All alarm codes & any special instructions will be agreed upon prior to our arrival.
[Q] Can I provide my own cleaning products?
[A] Yes! You may supply your own cleaning product, if you wish for the product to be provided we can do that to! We never use harsh chemicals or anything that contains bleach to ensure a safe but clean environment! Product use and preference will all be arranged prior to our arrival.
[Q] Do you use your own cleaning equipment?
[A] Everything but the vacuum and mop. We prefer to use your vacuum and mop as some people have pets and some do not. Vacuums can often release allergens that might affect other clients. We will carry a “swiffer” type of mop, however, some floor coverings need something a bit more durable. We believe using your own mop for your house is the best way to keep things germ free!
